- 2026-03-30T19:01:48Z · 5/5: We really loved this place. From the downstairs pool to the rooftop deck, it was a great house to hang out at for a long weekend. The rooftop deck is where most of our time was spent. It has plenty of space for the guests in the house and the view was great. It had shade for the hotter parts of the day. The WiFi was fantastic at the house and the beach was a short walk across the street. Walking out into Playa and 5th ave was less than ten minutes and you could be in the heart of everything. We never needed a taxi and we also took the ferry to Cozumel for a day. The ferry terminal was also under ten minutes to walk to. Ivonne, our host was fantastic and we booked transportation through the rental company. Our transport at the end had an issue but Ivonne got us another shuttle and we made it to the airport with plenty of time. I would highly recommend this place for families or guys/gals trips. Perfectly suited for a wide variety of uses.

- 2026-01-24T21:57:24Z · 5/5: We loved our stay! The house was really nice, but the roof is truly amazing. The location is quiet and just across the street from a small beach. The pools on the property were amazing. It is about 20 minutes to walk to coffee and restaurants. Very convenient! The standout for the week was our chef, Lily. Every meal was perfect. She was also a delight to be around. Ivonne, the concierge, was also great and very helpful! I would highly recommend staying here if you have a big group or family. We had 6 adults and 1 baby, and it was amazing!
